On Oct. 1, Pomplamoose will be performing at the Terminal West in Atlanta. It has been six years since Jack Conte and Nataly Dawn, two musicians living in California, formed Pomplamoose. Starting on YouTube, most of their songs were alternative covers to other pop songs like Michael Jackson’s “Beat It” and Lady Gaga’s “Telephone”. Also, some of their works include mash-ups like Pharrell’s “Happy” with Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky”.

Since then, they have released five albums, two EPs and have received critical praise. Pomplamoose has been known for not conforming to a genre and for experimenting with styles from alternative rock to trip hop. There is something for everyone to enjoy.
