Explore the meaning of ‘Modern Love’
The SCAD exhibitions department invites SCAD students, faculty, staff and alumni to submit entries for the 2016 summer sales exhibition “Modern Love.” The title of the exhibition is drawn from the first track on legendary singer-songwriter and actor David Bowie’s album “Let’s Dance.” Artists are invited to submit work that explores what the phrase coined by Bowie, who passed away earlier this year, means to them emotionally and ideologically. What is “love” and what is “modern” in the summer of 2016? For more information and to enter, visit the submission page.
