This year, Fright Fest will include a variety of attractions such as haunted houses, scare zones, rides, mazes and shows.

During the day, the amusement park offers family-friendly activities in the Bugs Bunny Boomtown, while at night the park increases the scares with specific attractions only available after dark. Visitors can see actors dressed up as monsters, ghosts, zombies and more wandering throughout the park.

Many of the attractions are included with regular admission to the park, though some require visitors purchase a Fright Fest wristband which will give them a pass to all attractions.

New for Fright Fest 2016 is “The Mummy’s Curse,” a haunted house attraction. Also new is the “Rage of the Gargoyles” virtual reality roller coaster which utilizes wireless headsets to virtually transport riders through a fantasy cityscape.

With the exception of water rides, all regular rides and attractions are open to visitors during Fright Fest. For more information, visit www.frightfest.sixflags.com/overgeorgia.
