The “Sweet Fried” exhibition is currently being shown at the Defoor Center and will run through Tuesday, May 27. The exhibition features the work of artists such as Meg Aubrey, Yana Dimitrova, Stephen Hayes, Donna Johnson and Omar Richardson, with consultation by professor of foundation studies Avantika Bawa. It will also include “Chefs Special,” a multimedia project curated by the featured artists, with work by Trey Burns, Callie Chinn, Gabriela DeLamter, Tina Han, Vicki Kelly, Heidi Kent, Aaron Keuter, Jin Kim, Sean Ludwig, Cassie Lyle, Susan Ryles, Dan Scoggins and Amy Whip.
