With school being finally over, students at SCAD-Atlanta discuss their plans for the fall break. Some students are glad to be finally going home, while others wanted to mix in a little kick. Here’s what some students had to say:
Sasha Williams First-Year | Fashion Design “I am going skydiving down in Florida with the guy that I have a crush on.” |
Krystal Jamie First-Year | Fashion Design “I’m going home to my best friend/ boyfriend in Missouri. I miss him so much. And my mom too.” |
David A. Grano-De-Oro Fourth-Year | Graphic Design “Over Winter break I’m going to be working on my contract deal with music companies to create corporate identities for them.” |
Nathaniel Lemieux First-Year | Interactive Design and Game Development “I plan on probably doing some snowboarding and maybe some snowmobiling in Maine.” |
Kristen Petty First-Year | Illustration “For a change of scenery, my family and I are going to spend Thanksgiving in Washington D.C. instead of St. Louis, our hometown.” |
Amber Gardner Third-Year | Illustration “I’m getting some sleep for once, haha. I’m also getting some portfolio work in and possibly getting a camera for my photography class.” |
Jessi Esparza Second-Year | Broadcast Design and Motion Graphics “I’m going to New York and going to the Macy’s Parade. I’m actually going to be in it.” |
