Thursday, April 8, SCAD Atlanta will host its premier fundraising event, the Scholarship Gala. All proceeds from the Gala are distributed into the general SCAD Atlanta Scholarship fund, thereby increasing the award amount of each individual scholarship.
To provide Gala guests with access to the SCAD Atlanta parking deck and parking deck entrance to the building, SCAD asks that all students, faculty and staff NOT park on the first and second levels of the parking deck on Thursday.
In addition, beginning at 5:30 p.m. on April 8, the parking deck visitor entrance to the building (rear entrance) will be closed to ALL students, faculty and staff. At this time, please enter and exit through the main entrance (front entrance) of the building. For your convenience, the entrance on the third level of the parking deck also will be open.
SCAD apologizes for any inconvenience. To alleviate traffic congestion, please feel free to carpool, or park at the Digital Media Center or Spring House and take the SCAD shuttle.
