The Connector recognizes exemplary photo work produced by SCAD students. This week presents a series titled The Tattoo by first-year photography student, Kamal Browne.
From the artist:
“This is the story of my friend getting her first tattoo. I wanted to show the anticipation, the fear, the pain, and the final reaction to her experience. I thought the best way to show this was with very strong contrasting photos that were edgy and popped with black and white.”
