SCAD mourns the loss of Professor Tony Tseng
The SCAD community is deeply saddened by the passing of Tony Tseng, professor and program coordinator of SCAD Atlanta’s interactive design and game development department. We extend our deepest condolences to Tony’s family, friends, students and colleagues during this difficult time.
Tony’s expertise in applications and digital games led him to develop games and apps for some of the most recognized companies in the industry, including Mattel, NVIDIA and Sony Entertainment. He brought his industry experience to SCAD as an educator to the next generation of developers and designers, and taught at SCAD Atlanta for the past eight years. Under his amazing leadership, SCAD won the top prize at the E3 College Game Competition, one of the most prestigious game development competitions in the world.
In addition to his work at SCAD, Tony also served as studio director at Nohero Interactive and co-director of Qualcomm AR Game Studio. His innovation, leadership and kindness will be greatly missed.
