The Huffington Post will bring “the Sleep Revolution” to SCAD on Tuesday, April 26, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The event will be held in rooms 256, 257 and 259 of the main building at SCAD Atlanta.
The purpose of this event is to help educate students on how to improve their poor sleeping customs. Huff-Post vendors will go over various ways to amend habits caused by stress that negatively affect the a good night’s rest and effective aromatherapy students should use. Students are also welcome to come in their pajamas as they learn about meditation tools and sleep gadgets.
If students would like a free copy of Arianna Huffington’s book, “The Sleep Revolution,” they should try to be one of the first 150 people in attendance for a free copy. More copies will be available for purchase.
This event is free and open to all SCAD Card holders.
