Art students are known for expressing themselves creatively through their outfits. Let’s meet SCAD Atlanta’s Taehoo Hwang, a fourth-year fashion design major.
When it comes to his style inspiration, Hwang draws from the fashion greats as well as up-and-coming designers. His favorites are Yohji Yamamoto, Juun.J and D.Gnak. While Yamamoto is well known among the fashion crowd, other students should check out all three designer’s collections, if for nothing other than creative curiosity.
When it comes to style tips, Hwang says, “I design my own shoes to show my style. I try wearing clothes using no more than three colors in accessories or shoes.”
