Submit to ‘Small Works’ exhibition
SCAD invites students, alumni, faculty and staff to submit entries for the annual “Small Works” juried exhibition on view Thursday, Nov. 16, 2017, through Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018 at Gutstein Gallery. Submissions will be accepted until midnight on Thursday, Oct. 19. Works must measure 18 inches or less in all directions, including the frame, if applicable. All work must be for sale and the artist price of each piece must not exceed $400. Limit submissions to 12 works by a single artist. Artwork in all mediums will be accepted. Take a ‘Paws’ in the library
Feeling stressed? Come take a study break in the library to love on some furry friends. Animals are great to help lower feelings of stress and anxiety, and encourage overall wellness. Drop by the library on Thursday, Oct. 12 from 1-3 p.m. for some quality time with CS3, library staff and local therapy dogs.
