Don’t fret, however, as there are still many music festivals coming up as summer draws closer. With that said, let’s boogie our way into some of Atlanta’s upcoming music events.

For those looking to attend a music festival but are low on cash, you’ll be happy to hear the Atlanta Jazz Festival is free. While the entire month has featured free jazz events at clubs and parks from the festival, the Memorial Day event is where it will all go down. Celebrate jazz legends and up-and-coming talent while enjoying some show-stopping performances.

Experience the sounds of Southern life at the Candler Park Music & Food Festival. Located in the large park near Atlanta’s Little Five Points, this year’s lineup will include talents as Keller Williams’ Pettygrass ft. The Hillbenders, Grand, Gov’t Mule, Houndmouth and more. Proceeds from the event benefit Atlanta Contact Point, an organization that hosts free play days in Atlanta parks each year.
