I am a second-year photography student. The title of my recent creative project is ‘Additive,’ based on the three additive colors: red, green and blue.
This project came after a two-month photography break I took. I decided to go to a thrift store with a couple of friends and buy random props without a pre-planned idea or concept and let it come organically.

The shoot used all-natural lighting and was done in a friend’s apartment. I tried to find as many props as possible for each of the colors, find outfits that matched the colors and also plan makeup looks for the models —Akshara, Tae and Katu.

This photoshoot was my way of paying more attention to color palettes and little details. I love the outcome of the series; it came out much better than I had expected.
