Students will learn how to do basic knitting stitches, and access which kind of yarns and needles are best suited for certain projects. Materials will be provided for on-ground students. Students attending virtually will need Yarn and knitting needles.

In this workshop presented by Associate Chair Peter Jensen, learn about the importance of styling within the fashion world. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A with a world-renowned fashion stylist. Students should bring scissors, A4 paper, laptop, pencils and glue if possible.

Celestial Figure Drawing

Drawing is a vital means of seeing the world around us. The experience of drawing a human figure is perhaps the most significant way of expressing the cultural context that we live in today. Learn to create form and movement from the light and shadows surrounding the figure, and how to transform your unique perspective into a magical expression. Experiment by drawing with mediums such as charcoal and conte crayons to achieve outstanding results.
