Industrial design student Daniela García introduces glamour into camping

Third-year industrial design student Daniela García developed a concept of eco-tourism that has gained significant popularity in Colombia, her home country. Her original design is more simplistic and easier to develop than the conventional dome used for glam-camping, and it also uses more space effectively instead of wasting it. The idea is to locate the tents upon a wooden deck and allow a more profound connection with nature. The special nets on the tent were designed to seem invisible and make the camping experience more immersive but still glamorous.
