she walks and walks
finding her desired spot deep in the forest
the over-towering trees are comforting
the gray clouds are moving furiously
closing her eyes
she finds her peace
something about nature being upset along with her is what makes her feel at ease
in the spot she lays
in the middle of the forest
with her favorite pages that are bound to a beautiful cover in her arms
a symphony playing through her ears
she’s on top of the world
while she’s in the forest,
she can conquer anything
this place of comfort brings her imagination to life
her loneliness greets her as a friend
and her anger dwindles to happiness
imagination becomes her reality
her eyes still closed,
she set the stage
a place she longed to be
a place where she was wanted
a place she could stay forever
walking down a lit pathway
she saw her longed for home
inside the doors she could hear a symphony
she ran her finger across the dark oak and lightly pushed
there before her was a courtyard and in the middle was a beautiful tree
a tree that looked as if it could give life to those who long for it
she stayed at the tree
as her stage continued
her imagination grew stronger
she was becoming happy
but all things must come to an end
she was laying on the floor looking up at the gray clouds moving furiously
with her favorite pages that are bound to a beautiful cover in her arms
a symphony playing through her ears
nature always had the same emotions as her
the rain came falling
blending with her tears
imagination can be a fickle thing
