Everybody has problems. They range from insecurity to body issues to irritating peers or co-workers. Whatever the case, anyone can agree that one of best ways to deal with problems is to just let them out. If you have a problem, big or small, or if you just need to vent, my new advice column, “Real Talk,” is the place to do it. No question is too stupid or embarrassing. I will not judge you. I will always try my best to give you an honest, respectful answer, and I will never tell you that you’re out of luck. Ever. I believe there is a solution to every problem.
I do ask, however, that you do not use anyone’s name when you submit a question (you will always remain anonymous, too). I will not tolerate racism, sexism, or blatant stupidity. Keep in mind that I am not a licensed professional, so my advice should be taken at your discretion (“Real Talk” may not be the right place for extremely heavy issues). With that said, I look forward to providing a safe and fun way to let your voice be heard.
Take care,
Kristen Petty
