On Friday, May 22, SCAD Atlanta honored the best work created this academic year at the 8th Annual Celebration of Excellence in Foundation Studies. The ‘Beyond the Dot’ exhibition was juried from 197 entries, submitted by 97 students, who come from 13 different countries. The 62 works on display exemplify the wide expanse of foundation studies. SCAD President, Paula Wallace, was also in attendance to admire the work and congratulate this year’s winners.
