Last week’s SCAD FASH “Be Yourself” student reception was a night of fashion and fun. The two-hour event Thursday evening allowed students to visit the Daniel Lismore and Jonathan Becker exhibitions currently running in the SCAD FASH museum while enjoying music provided by SCAD Atlanta Radio, snacks and the company of their peers. Even a few student were seen dancing to the house-inspired that the DJ was spinning. Student photographers showed up to photograph everyone in their fashionable attire. One student even took the initiative to create their own Lismore-inspired look. When asked about the event, animation major Sean Lewis said, “There are no words. It’s unique and eclectic.” It was a fun start to a SCAD student’s weekend and a way to take everyone’s minds off of their impending finals. Check out the slideshow below to see what you missed!
