The Connector recognizes exemplary photo work produced by SCAD students. This week’s featured photo is by second-year photography student Connor Singh.
Artist statement:
“When editing this photo I wanted to maintain a balance between fiction and reality. Instead of a fluorescent-bright skin color, I gave her a neutral tone of red to give a sense of anatomical realism, similar to what you would see in a sci-fi movie. While there may be an additional eyeball on the forehead, I didn’t want to go overboard with too many “alien-like” features.”
