Midterm week is over! Celebrate and take a break with your friends by checking out the following exhibitions on display at the SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion and Film at SCAD Atlanta.
Film exhibition: ‘Pierre Cardin: Le Futur’
This SCAD-produced animated-film is about the life and career of the fashion designer, Pierre Cardin. In this film, we see Cardin in conversation with SCAD President and Founder, Paula Wallace, where he reflects on his profession.
This exhibition will be running from now through Sunday, Nov. 15.
Derrick Adams exhibition: ‘Patrick Kelly, The Journey’
Patrick Kelly, The Journey emerges from artist Derrick Adams’ immense exploration into the archive of the influential African-American fashion designer, Patrick Kelly (1954-1990).
This exhibition is currently on view through Sunday, Jan. 3.
Exhibition: Alaïa-Adrian: ‘Masters of Cut’
Alaïa-Adrian: ‘Masters of Cut’ explores the work of the two late designers – Azzedine Alaïa and Gilbert Adrian – both who were devoted to the art of tailoring.
This exhibition is currently on view through Sunday, Nov. 15.
