Carhartt is a brand that is quickly surfacing through all social media, it’s the one with the logo of a yellow like wave with their name under it, more noticeable on its caps and beanies.

Their logo reminded me an awful lot of the one Pierre Cardin uses for its commercial apparel items.

But that’s not the most interesting part of this brand, wait until you know that Carhartt is a brand that specializes in hunting, work and fire-resistant clothing such as overalls, dungarees, coveralls.

They also have other accessories such as caps, beanies, vests and jackets- but these are meant for the working scene.

I first noticed the brand popping up on a few TikTok videos, simply thinking that it’s some generic brand with an attractive looking logo.

But as soon as I got curious and went to the comment section to see if anyone mentioned anything about the brand, my feed was starting to get full of guys and girls showing off their looks wearing one of those beanies or caps.

The comment section for these videos went crazy, some of those comments included a brief description of the typical person that wears headwear accessories from Carhartt.

Now, I’m a fashion student but I still don’t get it? It’s generic cap and beanie design, but its attractive is the yellow logo inside the white square.

I asked a college freshmen, who owns a Carhartt cap, to explain the reason of the purchase. “I went to Cabelas and noticed I needed a cap. But, I don’t know, it has a good price I guess and I like the logo too.”

Later I realized the reason of why we buy a certain cap or beanie, it’s because the logo, words or small design at the front looks really good. Perhaps that is the same reason with Carhartt, an affordable headwear item with a neat logo at the front!
