Simplicity is typical amongst new photographers. Nature scenes, pictures of family and friends or just a portrait of an apple can be found in many amateur portfolios. However, Charity Scriven is breaking that common mould by illustrating what a “subtle, but tomboyish flavor mixed, with a sex appeal” looks like.
Scriven alluded that this photoshoot concept was inspired by Instagram model, @Stassiebaby and her partnership with @Loungeunderwear on Instagram. The remixed version that Scriven created however was not to promote a brand specifically, but to promote the ideology that “sexy can be more than just panties and a thong.”

Scriven described her creative process by stating ” I ask the client to send me some of their ideas of what they want to create beforehand. Once the client has chosen three or more ideas, we recreate our own version of those images by using some basic and some unorthodox body movements to see what works and what doesn’t.”
