TikTok is infamously known for being the easily-accessible platform for creators to make videos, skits and even short films. Of course it is fun to show the world just how talented you are, but making your videos go viral can be a common frustration as a content creator. Fortunately there are five simple-to-remake videos that are trending on TikTok that could possibly boost your account.

At number 1 is the dance crave for the new Soulja Boy song, “Make It Clap.” I took the liberty of participating in the viral video series by uploading my own version down below. You can find the majority of other creators’ versions through the TikTok hashtags #Draco, #Souljaboy or #Soulja.

Coming in at number two is the second most popular dance crave, with the song Esco – Like Yhop ft. Shawn P x Unwritten made popular by famous TikTok creator @Rony_boyy. The dance is usually done with him and his friends, but many people on TikTok have made it their mission to learn and post the dance, even if it’s a solo mission. Below is my remake on the dance it self.

Coming in at number three is less of a viral challenge and more of an easier way to grow engagement. For this video all you need to do is find a random song, a funny tweet on twitter to be cropped out and then search the Green Screen Sticker in the “Effects” tab on TikTok. These videos require almost no effort and if you find a viral and relatable tweet, people will engage fairly easily. Below is my example.

Now, number four might be a little bit of a challenge, but the engagement you’ll receive will definitely surprise you. This TikTok trend is known as the #Slomowalk or the #slomorun. This technique can take about a few minutes to learn and eventually turn into a workout your legs have never experienced before. However, as long as you practice your form, TikTok will boost your views and your likes. Below is an example that had the second-highest engagement rate on my page.

Finally at number five is a transition video of yourself or your environment. Fortunately, I was able to partner with SCAD social, along with Jack Selden, Ilijah Simpson, and Tristan Winchester on a transition video for SCAD Atlanta’s highlight areas. Although the video itself looks great, the transition effect is the most important aspect throughout all the clips. Each intro and outro frame must contain a very swift 90-degree corner movement as if your spinning. Each spin is the pre-requisite to the next clip which makes the viewer feel like your teleporting almost. The better the transition and the next scene, the stronger the engagement on the video.
