This gorgeous 3D model was sculpted by technical animation major Eric Gjertson. It is a fan art of the character Isaac from the Netflix anime show “Castlevania.” It is quite easy to argue that it is one of the most exciting Netflix releases this year, with everything from steamy romance, action-filled fight scenes, political battles and the supernatural, so it comes as no surprise that many around the world gathered around their devices to watch the finale.
The character Isaac starts the series as a main antagonist, but throughout the four seasons of the show, he begins to evolve and shows some of the strongest character development in the series. His growth and deeply intelligent mind are the main reasons why he has become Gjertson’s favorite character and the subject for his 3D model. Gjertson was impressed at the level of depth that was put into this character and the way he introduced a more spiritual aspect that is uncommon in many similar action-driven shows. Taking an 2D animated character and turning him 3D is a mark of Gjertson’s dedication and skills.
