Buckhead’s most sought-after outside wedding, party and filming venue, better known as the Swan House, is one of the only mansion-styled museums and tourist destinations that you’ll find in Atlanta. It has a huge assortment of historical items and history within its walls. Some may even say it is the standard for neoclassical-style homes.
However, this location is not going to be a history lesson; it’s a checklist destination for you to try out your shutter speed skills while enjoying the architectural style you had to learn in those art history classes.
Not only does this location provide deep-rooted history, but it was also the party location for the second Hunger Games movie.
More importantly, however, I was able to scope out the inside of the house with Ilijah Simpson, exploring some of the best areas to take photos.
Side note: You need a permit in order to fully pose models in the facility. All photos taken outside the facility do not require a permit.
Model: Jack Selden.
