Trader Joe’s Beefless Ground Beef, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. But seriously, I am obsessed with this vegan meat alternative, I tried it for the first time 2 weeks ago and I cannot get enough. As someone that’s considering vegetarianism, this soy-based beefless ground beef is an excellent way for me to get my protein for the day. Everyone has tried meat alternatives that disappointed, but I assure you the beefless ground beef will do anything but. I honestly think it’s better than the real thing, it has the umami flavor without the unavoidable dryness that comes with actual ground beef. If you’re still in need of some inspiration, here are some of the best recipes incorporating Trader Joe’s Beefless Ground Beef that I’ve tried so far!
