DMC Grab-and-Go for lunch
Bon Appetit will be offering food options at the Digital Media Center on Wednesday, May 3 starting at noon in the Mobile Mercantile parked right outside. The meal option will be available until sold out, and they will accept meal plan, dining dollars, SCAD cash and cash (no credit or debit cards). Vegetarian options will be available.
Join the CLC design challenge with Halsted International
SCAD Atlanta and Halstead International are searching for students to develop concepts for artistic, creative, decorative elements for their new warehouse offices made from shipping containers. Students can register in teams of 2-4 for a chance to win more than $2,000 in cash prizes. To learn more, join CLC for a mixer with lunch provided on Friday, May 5 at noon in SCADpad. ACA Library hosts 10th Annual Artists’ Book Symposium
Engage with the Artists’ Book collection, writers, publishers and more at this annual two-day event May 11-12 in the library. Thursday’s events include artists’ book workshops, talks and panel discussions. Friday features the artists’ book awards with special guest juror Bill Boling of Fall Line Press.
