The Dogwood Festival is an annual arts festival in Piedmont Park on April 20, 21, 22. In addition to the wide array of artwork, the event also provides patrons with music, food and more.
Photographer Jana Epstein shoots traditional black and white photographs which she hand-paints color selectively. She frames the prints with antique ceiling tile and wood molding salvaged from homes for a unique piece.
Several artists specializing in glass creations were also at the event.
Wycliffe Bennett (shown working on a pointillism painting), another multifaceted artist who fuses painting, sculpture and fabric collages.
A wide range of international musicians provided sounds from around the globe.
Finally, plenty of delicious festival staples were available to satisfy all appetites.
