SCAD Museum of Art field trip
Take a trip to Savannah on Friday, Oct. 18 to check out the SCAD Museum of Art. Buses depart SCAD Atlanta at 7:30 a.m. and will return at 8:30 p.m. Bring cash or your SCAD card to enjoy lunch at The Hive. Email Stephanie McFarlane at smcfarla@scad.edu by Wednesday, Oct. 16 to secure your spot. This field trip is open to all SCAD students.

Academic Resources/Writers Studio workshop: Finding the Time: Secrets of Effective Time Management
Learn strategies for effective note-taking, how to manage a combination of studio and lecture courses and identify techniques that work for you and your schedule. This lecture will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 2 p.m., in room 307.

Communications Coach Open Lab 
Students have the opportunity to rehearse presentations, practice communication skills and receive individual feedback from Communication Coaches in an informal setting. CCOL will be held through Friday, Nov. 8th (with the exception of Friday, Oct. 4) from 11 a.m. – noon in room 259 starting Friday, Sept. 20. Drop-ins welcome.
