Celebrate SCAD professors of Asian heritage and Savannah history at virtual presentation
Explore the history of Savannah’s first Chinese families and the professional paths that drew SCAD professors of Asian descent to the American South in the virtual presentation “Brush Strokes & Poems: Asian Creatives in Savannah & Atlanta.” Join SCAD chair of interactive design and game development SuAnne Fu, SCAD painting professor emeritus Josh Yu, SCAD architecture professor Hsu-Jen Huang, SCAD foundation studies professor Chin-Cheng Hung, and SCAD liberal arts professor Weihua Zhang for a personal look at their artistry and journeys as SCAD celebrates Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
