Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars, also known as Silk Sonic, keep teasing fans withs snippets and singles from their album set to release on Nov. 15. Their latest single, “Smokin’ Out the Window,” is in line with the retro feel of “Leave the Door Open” and “Skate.” With Nov. 15 coming closer, I can’t wait to listen to the album of the year.

Universal Music Group

ABBA has a new album, “Voyage,” which you should listen to just because they made the iconic “Dancing Queen.” There are two movie musicals featuring their songs, plus they had their iconic reunion. This should speak to how the band dominated the ’60s, so if you are in the mood, “Voyage” is worth a listen as well.

Aminé’s new album “TWOPOINTFIVE” just proves why he’s so great. It’s playful, upbeat, performance-like and has some good lyrics.

Comprised of just 12 songs, it will only take you about 26 minutes to listen to the whole thing. But the album should be in your music rotation. Though “Between the Lines” and “Van Gogh” can be skipped over, the rest of the album is good if you like bass, club vibes and feel-good vibes.

Then there’s the much-anticipated album “Still Over It” by Summer Walker. Walker brought Cardi B, SZA, JT from City Girls, Ari Lennox and others onto her 20 song album. I am of the opinion that Atlanta-based singer-songwriter Summer Walker is one of the reasons why R&B has made an epic comeback worth talking about. Walker’s album is currently streaming wherever you can listen to music.
