Take care this flu season
Urgent Care at Peachtree will visit SCAD Atlanta on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 22 and 23, to offer flu shots from 10 a.m. to noon in the New York Room. Shots are $25, cash only, for students, faculty and staff. Confirm your appointment in advance via email with atlfitness@scad.edu.
Additionally, remember to use healthy precautions every day. Cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze. Wash your hands often with soap and water, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. If you get sick, see a health care provider at the first sign of illness. Flu symptoms include fever, cough and body aches. If you have the flu, stay home and limit contact with other people. Do not return to school or work until you have been fever-free for at least 24 hours.
