Join in on SCAD Sprint for scholarships virtual 5k run

On Saturday, Oct. 10, SCAD students can run (or walk!), as a team or alone, to benefit SCAD’s endowed scholarships for Black students. Anyone anywhere can participate in this fun virtual event. You can even ask your friends and family to sponsor you to help raise funds!

After you and/or your group completes the 5k run, take a photo of yourselves, upload your mileage and time, then celebrate with SCAD at a virtual awards ceremony.

Get training tips and more for this upcoming event by following @scaddotedu on Instagram and make sure to post your photos while training or after the run, using the hashtag, #SCAD5K.

Registration for this virtual 5k run is $25 and includes an exclusive SCAD t-shirt and running bib! Your donation is eligible for a tax deduction, less the value of goods received, as regulated by the IRS.
