Megan Thee Stallion finally released a video for her hit “CryBaby” featuring DaBaby. If you haven’t watched it, you should. The two rappers play dolls as they dance around in bright outfits. It’s reminiscent of those dollhouses little girls used to play with but grown-up style. Megan Thee Stallion shows off her dancing skills, and I’m still in awe every time.

Like most of Megan’s hits, “CryBaby” is very popular on TikTok. The app is the best place for a song to become a hit or rediscovered. Megan Thee Stallion, Ariana Grande and even George Michael’s singles make plenty of rounds on the app.

When “CryBaby” was released in 2020, a challenge started when girls were showing off different looks. It’s when DaBaby rap’s “Keisha? (Kei), Jasmine? (Jas), Kiera? Megan? (Go) Lisa? Ashley? (Ashley), Sierra? Sarah?” Each name brings a new look rather it be hair or style, depending on the girl.

Then the video came out, sparking new TikToks. Girls are recreating Megan’s makeup looks from the video, in particular her blue look, which I plan on recreating the next time I go to Walmart.

The makeup was done by Priscilla Ono, an artist for Rihanna’s makeup brand Fenty Beauty. Ono has also done makeup for Cardi B and Bella Hadid.

Other new music videos from this week that you must see:

Cardi B, “Up.”

Atlantic Records.

There is nothing partially special about this video other than the choreography and looks, but the song is so good it’s worth the watch.

Moneybagg Yo, “Time Today.”

N-Less Entertainment/Interscope Records.

Moneybagg addresses rumors from his haters. In particular, the rumor about him getting liposuction. If girls can do it, why can’t our men do the same?
