Guests & Gusto: Tune in with photographer and SCAD Alum, Adam Kuehl
On this episode of Guests and Gusto, students have the opportunity to join photographer, Adam Kuehl (M.F.A., photography, 2014; B.F.A., photography, 2005), as he discusses his freelance routine and how he is able to adapt his work to suit the different markets he works in (from Hong Kong to Savannah, GA.)
Kuehl has an amazing commercial portfolio, where he has worked with brands such as, The New York Times, National Geographic, as well as fashion houses like Louis Vuitton and Lanvin. He also makes time in his career to focus on his personal photography, nighttime landscape photography to be specific.
In addition to this, he has had many achievements throughout his career so far, where he was listed in the “25 Under 25: Up-and-Coming American Photographers” by the Center for Documentary Studies, and he has also been included in Magenta Foundation’s Flash Forward Tenth as one of the “Top 100 Emerging American Photographers.”
